This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.       In this role, you'll:   Work closely with project stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of technology-related change (including but not limited to Cyber, Regulatory, ERPs) across the business. This includes: • Leading change impact assessments • Running stakeholder engagement sessions • Co-designing, developing, and executing strategic change plans with the business • Preparing and delivering training needs assessments and plans • Balance different stakeholder needs across complex projects involving multiple divisions and locations • Making sound decisions on the best strategies and communication channels to ensure effective messaging.   Fixed term opportunity to March 2026 | Hybrid work – home office Macquarie Park (with flexibility to work project team at other locations as required)   For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.       About you • Proven experience in change management, especially in leading digital transformation in complex environments • Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple projects at one • Skilled in using tools and technologies to ensure timely delivery of change • Organised and a confident communicator, both in writing and speaking, who enjoys engaging with different stakeholders • Able to clearly present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experienced in working with and or lead Change Analysts and Specialists in a shared resource environment   Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
