Organisational Design Specialist / Lead (Senior Consultant / Manager) - People Consulting
EY’s People Consulting team work globally and collaborate to bring professional teams together to address complex issues relating to organization transformation, end-to-end employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment and mobility, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR in support of business strategy. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

At Senior Consultant level you will be responsible for:

• Delivering client projects: Collaborate with EY colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
• Supporting clients to solve their challenges: Analyse workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations. Build client relationships and guide clients through structured problem solving.
• Contributing to business development: identify and support opportunities for EY to contribute to client outcomes.

At Manager level you will be responsible for the above, and:

• Managing client relationships: Establish and manage client relationships to achieve project outcomes and resolve issues or roadblocks.
• Leading project teams: Coach and guide other team members and build capability in organisation design.
• Owning solution design: Lead end-to-end development of solutions and recommendations that balance client requirements with practical implementation.
