We bring together P&C business partners and specialist teams across Culture, Capability and Belonging, Wellbeing, Health and Safety, and Workplace Relations — all working collaboratively to help our people thrive. We are seeking an Organisational Development Consultant (Performance & Career Growth) to play a pivotal role in building and embedding consistent and effective performance, career development, reward, and recognition practices across UOW. This position provides specialist support, advice, resources, and facilitation aligned with UOW’s performance and development frameworks. Working closely with P&C teams and stakeholders across academic and professional staff groups, you will: Support capability uplift and the continuous improvement of performance and reward-related processes. Provide policy advice and specialist guidance on performance management, career development, and recognition practices. Facilitate programs and initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
