Reapra is hiring! At Reapra, we are trying to influence next-generation orientation in a new corporate system through transformative entrepreneurship. Through our process of research and practice, we seek to co-create future industries that are focused on the long-term wellbeing of people and planet. Reapra is hiring an Organisational Development Intern to support a range of tasks. This includes: Using information design to support and facilitate the way abstract ideas and multi-source data are expressed, structured, and presented. Designing visualizations and documents that make complex information accessible to various audiences. Create and disseminate content in different forms to enable learning and understanding. Participating in peer learning and discussions. Support meetings, events and other administrative tasks. About the role This is a part-time internship and can be conducted either hybrid or fully remotely. You will be working closely with team members in the GMT+8/9 time zones and expected to communicate with those team members during their working hours. The length of the role will be a minimum of 3 months, with opportunities to renew. The role will also require strong ability to write and communicate in English and one other Asian language (preferably Japanese). We are looking for individuals (including those considering a career switch) who are/possess: Inquisitive with a reflective mindset and have an interest in collaborating with members from different cultures and disciplines. Seeking to understand more about themselves and have a desire for personal growth. Open to seeing things from a beginner's perspective and are excited by unconventional ways of learning and doing things. Strong writing skills The role may be of particular interest to those who are keen to connect ideas and information across different disciplines and in particular, are excited to explore entrepreneurial mindset and purpose as part of their work. It may also be of interest to those with prior exposure to entrepreneurial or start-up environments, and those who want to contribute to long-term social and business impact.
