This is an exciting opportunity to join our Organisational Effectiveness & Capability team and play a key role in designing engaging learning experiences, leveraging people data and insights, and supporting culture and performance initiatives across the business.

  • Design and develop engaging eLearning, learning resources and capability programs using Articulate 360 and other contemporary learning technologies.
  • Own and administer our Learning Management System (LMS) Cornerstone and our Performance and Engagement Platform, Culture Amp.
  • Produce insightful workforce, learning, engagement and compliance reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Create executive presentations, employee communications and monthly team newsletters.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to support capability, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Leverage technology, automation and innovation to continuously improve learning experiences and processes.

What will you bring?

You'll bring a blend of instructional design expertise, systems capability and strong communication skills, together with:

  • Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems and employee engagement platforms such as Culture Amp.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint, communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience creating engaging digital learning and multimedia content.
  • A passion for learning, employee experience and continuous improvement.
  • Experience using AI-enabled learning tools such as Synthesia will be highly regarded.
