Mō te tūranga | About the Role Westpac is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager – Leadership Development for a fixed-term position within the Culture, Capability and Learning team. This role will be key in facilitating our new enterprise-wide leadership development programme roll out, which is aligned with Westpac's Leadership Capability Framework and our strategic objectives. Deep experience in, and passion for, adult learning is essential to thrive in this role. The Organisational Development Manager – Leadership Development is part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team who are passionate about creating the best environment and conditions for our people to be the best they can be.
