Reporting directly to the Organisational Development Manager the newly created Organisation Development Officer - Diversity and Inclusion position focuses on developing a powerful culture where every person is valued.
This position would be perfect for someone looking to enter Organisational Development with a passion for Diversity and Inclusion.
Responsibilities
Deliver organisational development projects within our Future Workforce Strategy.
Contribute to developing CPL’s Diversity and Inclusion Plan.
Implement planned diversity and inclusion activities at CPL Group including Reconciliation Action Plan commitments.
Coordinate events that increase diversity and support inclusion.
Support change programs to strengthen culture and embed values.
Contribute to the development of diversity and inclusion metrics.
Analyse and report diversity, capability, culture, engagement and performance management metrics.
