This isn’t about ticking compliance boxes. You’ll be designing onboarding experiences that welcome new colleagues into our purpose-driven culture and building learning programmes that equip everyone with the skills they need to thrive.
Working alongside our OD Leads, you’ll own the crucial building blocks of our learning organisation - from the moment someone joins us to the ongoing development that keeps us all growing.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating learning experiences that make a real difference. You understand that great onboarding and compliance training can transform how people feel about their work and their organisation.

Essential:

• Level 5 qualification in Learning & Development or equivalent level of experience
• CIPD membership or equivalent level of experience
• Qualified coach at Level 5 or equivalent level of coaching experience
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding or compliance training in a values-led environment
• Skills in digital learning design and Learning Management System platforms
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Passion for creating inclusive learning experiences
