Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

We are looking for someone to join our team to support the development, and delivery of a professional and specialist organisational development consultancy service to meet the needs of the organisation, especially our frontline teams.
You will be instrumental in supporting our Trust Strategy, with a focus on delivering the priorities of our People & Culture Strategy.
This role works closely with the Head of Leadership and Organisational Development, and in consultation with the HR leadership team. You will help design and deliver or commission impactful staff engagement and team development interventions, events or activities relevant to different staff groups.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

This role contributes to the development and delivery of the Trust’s OD and staff engagement priorities to improve overall organisational performance and effectiveness.
Working in line with NSFT’s People and Culture Strategy, you will regularly assess OD needs and create, develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives including embedding of Trust’s values.
We are looking for someone to provide a professional and specialist internal OD consultancy service. You will be working alongside HR Business Partners and their associated operational managers by providing specialist advice and support to understand, analyse, diagnose, and shape OD needs. You will also define strategies and plans to meet these needs and contribute to organisational effectiveness.
