The Talent team, a key component of OD, is tasked with fostering the growth and retention of our exceptional staff. Currently, the Talent team is driving the design and implementation of a groundbreaking digital platform, Thrive, that will transform our approach to performance, talent management, and learning.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager within the Talent team (and Thrive product team) within Organisational Development, you’ll be involved in a combination of operational delivery with project management and change implementation in support of talent and performance development initiatives. A key focus is supporting the rollout of the Thrive platform, starting with MyAppraisal and extending to broader learning and talent tools. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, develop supporting tools and materials, and ensure integration of digital solutions into routine operations.
Your responsibilities will involve (but are not limited to) the following:

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting using Excel or equivalent tools to drive insights and inform decision-making
  • Excellent project and time management abilities, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced
  • A sharp ability to digest, summarise, and clearly present complex information to a range of audiences
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude paired with an eye for continuous improvemen
