What you’ll do  * Support the design and delivery of organisational development initiatives * Contribute to organisational design and change programs * Deliver capability uplift through skills frameworks, gap analysis and targeted programs * Design and facilitate engaging learning and leadership development experiences * Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and co-design solutions * Support succession planning and talent development processes * Track and report on capability outcomes and program impact * Contribute to culture initiatives and EVP programs * Drive continuous improvement of learning and development practices What you’ll bring  * Experience in organisational development, capability or learning roles * Proven ability to design and deliver capability or leadership development programs * Strong facilitation skills and experience running workshops or learning sessions * Ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions * Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform capability decisions * Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Passion for developing people and building organisational capability What you’ll get Not only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, but you’ll get a genuine feel for who we are and what it’s like to be part of our team.
