Description:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications.
Minimum 8+ years of IT experience.
Software Development Expertise
Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of modern practices.
DevOps Knowledge
Deep expertise in DevOps principles, practices, and toolchains.

Responsibilities:
Solve Technical Challenges
Provide strategic technical support to enhance ATC Tool adoption and integration across teams.
Identify, analyse, and propose solutions to address systemic technical bottlenecks within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Toolchain Support
Deliver overarching technical guidance to enhance ATC Tool usage.
Provide visibility into areas of duplicate efforts, enabling informed decision making and increased efficiency.
Standardise toolchains and workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Implement and Refine Technical Standards
Define and advocate for standardised technical practices, ensuring alignment with global initiatives.
Support the identification of existing horizontal structures globally, such as COPs and COEs, and contribute to creating a structured, standardised approach for implementation.
Collaborate to refinethe software development lifecycle and toolchain vision for the next 5–10 years.
Be a core member to drive change at an organisational level.
Contribute to the technical vision, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technological advancements.
Developer Enablement
Align with the Developer Experience (DX) team to drive a seamless and standardised developer onboarding experience.
Drive the identification of high-impact training topics and oversee the creation of trainings via MyTMS.
AI and Dashboard Initiatives
Assist with steering the development of an AWM maturity dashboard.
Support roll-out and other transformative AI initiatives ensuring technical alignment and seamless integration into existing workflows.
