Job Description Support the development and updating of organizational structures based on business needs Assist in defining roles and responsibilities and reviewing job descriptions Manage and document organizational change proposals through the approval process Support the preparation of competency framework drafts, career path development, and Organization Development SOPs Assist in the administrative process of employee promotion submissions and ensure document completeness Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology Candidates with up to 3 - 4 years of experience in Organization Development or HR Good communication and analytical skills Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of HR business processes Experience in banking, multifinance, or fintech industries is a plus

The Organization Development Associate will support the development and updating of organizational structures based on business needs and assist in defining roles and responsibilities.
