Job Description Developing organizational structure changes based on business needs to support company strategies. Defining duties and responsibilities for each position in accordance with the organizational structure. Managing the circulation of organizational change proposals to obtain Management approval. Drafting and reviewing job descriptions for every position within the company. Developing the draft for the company’s competency dictionary. Reviewing employee promotion submissions and ensuring all required documents are complete. Designing career development paths across various business functions. Drafting SOP related to Organization Development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology. 2–3 years of experience in Organization Development, fresh graduates are welcomed. Previous internship or working experience in the banking, multifinance, or fintech industries is preferred. Understanding of HR business processes.
Responsibilities
The Organization Development Officer will develop organizational structure changes to support company strategies and define duties and responsibilities for each position. They will also manage organizational change proposals and draft job descriptions.
