Job Description This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Organization Development Practitioner (Contract) to join the Human Resources team at the Mobile Manufacturing Site (MMS) in Mobile, Alabama. This role supports the site’s Culture Evolution Agenda, focusing on leadership development, change readiness, and employee engagement across global, regional, and site-level initiatives. Your challenges: Undertake projects / activities that will develop Leaders on Site for Business Deliverables Educate the Managers / HRBPs on Airbus Values, Leadership Model, tools and resources available to develop themselves and their teams Assist in various HR related projects and initiatives as a team member or project team lead Run workshops on topics that are relevant to creating awareness about the Culture Evolution agenda for the site Develop channels and communications for change initiatives, such as communication plans that target email, intranet, presentations, face to face, paper and social media with messages designed for target audiences Design / Assist with measurement and reporting of progress Qualifications Your boarding pass: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field OR commensurate prior experience in Organizational Development or Change Management functions 3+ years of related experience required in the following areas: Organizational Development and/or Human Resources environment, Managing and Influencing, Designing and facilitating workshops Experience working in a manufacturing environment, highly desired.
