We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to drive our company’s growth through structured development programs, performance management, and effective budgeting. This role is essential in enhancing our organizational performance and alignment, ensuring that our talent strategies support business objectives and foster an engaged, high-performing workforce.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, performance management, or HR.
  • Proven expertise in performance cycle management, OKRs/KPIs, and MPP.
  • Experience with Leapsome or similar performance management systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance cycle, ensuring timely goal-setting, reviews, and annual assessments.
  • Develop OKRs and KPIs to align individual and team goals with company objectives.
  • Use Leapsome to track performance, streamline processes, and provide insightful reporting.
  • Manage the organizational development budget, ensuring cost-effective use aligned with goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR to monitor budgets for training, performance tools, and initiatives.
  • Conduct manpower planning to forecast staffing needs, succession plans, and address skill gaps.
  • Align MPP with the company’s growth strategy for hiring, retention, and development.
  • Identify team training needs and create programs to build skills and support career growth.
  • Partner with external and internal resources to deliver effective learning solutions.
