Job Description The Organizational Excellence Section Head is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining the organization’s excellence framework to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and performance excellence. The role leads the full cycle of organizational excellence initiatives, including process optimization, performance measurement, quality management, and change management, aligned with strategic objectives and best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage the full Organizational Excellence cycle, from assessment and planning to execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain organizational excellence frameworks, methodologies, policies, and standards aligned with business strategy. Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools. Identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across departments. Establish and monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and excellence metrics to track organizational performance. Lead business process mapping, documentation, and standardization using Microsoft Visio. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence across the organization. Coordinate internal excellence assessments, audits, and readiness programs. Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 requirements (if applicable). Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of excellence initiatives. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management on performance, improvement outcomes, and maturity levels. Guide and coach teams on excellence tools, methodologies, and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational excellence, continuous improvement, quality, or process management roles. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (mandatory).
