We are currently seeking to employ a talented and highly-motivated “Organization & People Advisor with IT specialization” to join our team. Purpose Analyze, advise and implement integrated HR solutions specifically for IT teams, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data functions. Monitor internal and external developments in the technology talent landscape. Provide proactive HR support to IT Business Leaders and employees within existing HR strategies, policies, budget and the Strategic HR plan, enabling the IT function to deliver on its transformation and operational objectives. Ensure that HR policies, procedures, systems and tools are effectively applied within the IT environment to support the attraction, development and retention of critical technical talent. Responsibilities Contribute to developing the HR strategy and HR annual plan for an assigned portfolio of business areas based on the Group HR strategy. Coordinate and/or oversee relevant HR activities within own business area of responsibility. Implement, communicate and execute HR policies, monitoring compliance and handle compliancy issues. Interpret employment legislation, regulation, policies and employment agreements Provide advice and support (including coaching of leaders/managers) regarding the definition, implementation and realization of organizational development activities and change programs. Carries out job analysis, job evaluation and reviews. Consults business leader during salary reviews by using data from salary benchmark analysis in cooperation with HR operations. Issue advice regarding recruitment, personnel development, employment legal issues, performance & reward and critical workforce planning, both in short-term and long-term qualitative and quantitative terms. Train / coach / advise IT teams on agile structures and ways of working. Support and collaborate with management giving advice on the human resources management of the business areas of own responsibility. Analyze and advise on HR implications and developments. Lead and/or participate in various HR projects throughout the organization. Monitor, measure, benchmark and evaluate HR processes, tools and systems. Initiate and implement changes and improvements. Keep up to date with internal and external HR developments within the HR domain. Ensure development, transfer and retention of new and state of the art knowledge in the own area of expertise. Knowledge & Experience BSc degree preferably in Technology and/or Business Studies/ Business Administration Management/ HR/ Finance or in similar fields Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excellent analytical and presentation skills Excellent knowledge of English language 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Advisor supporting IT teams or technology-driven functions (e.g., Software Engineering, IT Operations, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data/Analytics). Solid understanding of IT role profiles, technical competencies, job families and career frameworks within technology environments. Experience partnering with IT leadership to support workforce planning, skills mapping, and organizational design for tech functions. Ability to manage recruitment processes for technical roles, refine job descriptions, competency models and selection criteria. Knowledge of current technology trends, digital skill sets and evolving IT market dynamics. Experience supporting IT-specific HR initiatives such as agile transformation, IT capability building, talent development for tech teams, and retention of critical technical talent. Experience in agile organizations, preferably part of the transformation team.
