Description Position Overview: Under the direction of the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Service; the Organization Project and Implementation Lead will oversee complex projects from planning to launch, focusing on turning strategies into operational reality by defining scope, managing resources/budgets, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder communication, tracking progress, managing risks, and driving adoption of new systems/processes, often involving IT, system rollouts, or new business initiatives. Responsibilities: · Define project scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and identify resources required · Collaborates closely with department SMEs to design communication and implementation plans. · Gather and document business requirements · Lead medium/large project teams, manage tasks, monitor progress, ensure resource availability, and drive completion within scope and budget · Facilitate regular project team meetings when cross-functional teams are involved · Facilitate after action reviews and apply learnings to future projects · Serve as primary contact for vendors and internal teams, managing expectations and facilitating communication · Provide regular status updates, track metrics, and report insights to senior leadership · Identify risks, lead change initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of new processes/systems · Establish best practices, create documentation, monitor post launch performance, and recommend improvements for efficiency · Maintains a pulse on operational processes and procedures and proactively identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. · Other duties as assigned Requirements Education: · Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field/equivalent work experience required · Demonstrated use of project management methodologies (PMP Certification preferred) Experience: · Demonstrated experience in coordinating medium/large projects with varying degrees of complexity · Experience with system implementations (IT/Software) or operational rollouts · Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, working with professionals with a variety of skills and backgrounds Benefits: We offer an excellent compensation package and team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.
