Responsibilities

1. Performance Management

• Lead end-to-end performance management (goal setting progress tracking result application)
• Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics

1. Talent Infrastructure

• Key talent programs: High-potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline
• Employee growth initiatives: Promotion frameworks, engagement programs
• Training execution: Onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops

1. Culture Operations

• Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions
• Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains)
• Drive employee experience improvement projects

Requirements

1. Mandatory

• Fluent in Chinese (reading/writing)
• 3+ years in culture/organization/talent development
• Valid US visa (for occasional short-term travel)

• Strong business acumen (quickly grasps operational logic)
• Service mindset – warm, people-centric approach
