Under the supervision of the PMO Director, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the construction and training teams to develop technical content specific to the tasks of construction project teams, ensuring their prioritization and long-term integration within the company. Focused on both operational efficiency and the acquisition of key technical skills, and working closely with Operations and Training teams, you will draw inspiration from best practices and actively contribute to identifying training needs and content, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.
The role is a permanent, full-time position located at 500 Saint-Jacques Street, Suite 300, in Montréal.

Salary: $101,000 to $119,000 CAD
The employer may, at their sole discretion, grant one or more bonuses based on the employee’s performance, the company’s financial health, and the overall evaluation of the TET’s work. If a bonus is granted, both the amount and frequency will be entirely at the employer’s discretion.
