ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE LEAD (PART-TIME)

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking an Organizational Change Lead for a 1 year part-time engagement in Vancouver BC.
Our Client has received external funding to execute a five-year Digital Transformation Program. This is a comprehensive program to modernize operations, enhance the experience of clients and partners, and improve data-driven decision-making. They are currently in year two of the program and are seeking improve the program management and oversight of this work to improve velocity and delivery of the work.
The OCM Lead will advance the people side of change resulting from the Digital Transformation Program. They will do this by developing and executing strategies to help interested parties adopt new systems, processes, and behaviors. The goal is to minimize resistance and maximize engagement. This will ensure that business outcomes are achieved through successful change adoption.

The OCM Lead will be expected to support a program of multiple, concurrent projects. The OCM Lead will also be responsible for leading the change from the program, contributing to the successful delivery of project and program goals. This includes:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement strategies.
  • Design and deliver communication plans and materials.
  • Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the project plan.
  • Develop training strategies and support the creation of training materials.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching to leaders and managers to support change efforts.
