SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Advanced knowledge of change management frameworks and methods (e.g. Prosci).
· 3+ years of relevant working experience, in consulting or an internal change role.
· Preferably speaking Dutch (C1), fluent in English.
· Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
