Job Title : Change Management Consultant
Position Type : Contract – 9 months (full time hours, maybe open to part-time hours after initial 3 months)
Location : Remote (EST Remote with rare on-site presence if needed)

Responsibilities

The Change Management Consultant will support the organization’s HRIS implementation project. This role involves working within the existing change framework to deliver structured solutions, stakeholder engagement, and employee enablement, ensuring a smooth and effective system go-live. The consultant will partner with internal teams, providing guidance, developing communication strategies, and enabling training plans.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement tailored strategies for each implementation phase.
Align change activities with project timelines and track adoption readiness and risks.
Develop and execute communication plans for diverse audiences.
Partner with internal resources to ensure clear and consistent messaging .
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training aligned with system functionality and user needs.
Support readiness activities and post-go-live reinforcement.
Mentor team members, helping create clarity and structure
Requirements
Education : Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
Experience : 5–8 years of change management experience, preferably with HRIS or system implementations.
Skills : Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and training collaboration skills; ability to manage resistance and drive adoption.
Experience with change management tools like Prosci, Proxima or similar; familiarity with HRIS and tools like Workday or Dayforce is a plus.
This role is ideal for a self-driven change consultant experienced in managing cross-functional teams and adapting to dynamic project environments.
