Job Description We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects with following key responsibilities: OCM Strategy: Apply the global OCM strategy tailored for the project, aligned with client executives. Change Management and Communication: Execute Change Management and Communication activities according to plan. Change Impact Assessment: Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Stakeholder Management: Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments. Collaboration: Work closely with all project members. Qualifications Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in Change Management, ideally within IT projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German. Capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences. Proficient in MS Office; video editing skills are a plus. Willingness to travel as project demands require (approximately 1-2 times per month for 3-4 days).
