L’obiettivo è quello di formare il candidato sulla progettazione ed implementazione di piani di change management inserendolo nel nostro team di Organizational Change Management Advisory, che permettano di tradurre in valore di business le soluzioni che Avanade realizza presso i propri clienti.
L’opportunità consiste in un full time sotto forma di stage curricolare/extracurricolare della durata di 6 mesi retribuito con 800€ al mese circa + buoni pasto da 7€ al giorno.
