JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Project Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of our CD PMO programs. This individual will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a solid foundation in project coordination within technology environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and Experience:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Information Technology, or related field preferred (but not required).

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in organizational change management roles, preferably within a structured project environment.
    • Proven experience supporting large, complex projects, including multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
    • PROSCI, SAFe Agilist, PMP or CAPM certification is a plus (but not required).
    • Skills and Competencies:


      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.
      • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
      • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions proactively.
      • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
