The Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant role will provide value to the Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) practice and Cognizant by pursuing team and organizational goals, operating with a client-first mindset, and exemplifying the company core values in an effort to achieve meaningful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive understanding of CYNERGY®, PROSCI®, and OC&T methodologies as evidenced by successful development and delivery of all OC&T activities and project deliverables, and by successfully directing clients towards best practices for their own OC&T project efforts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by managing difficult client relationships, consistently providing best practices and recommendations to client counterparts, and appropriately escalating project risks to EM and/or other project leadership with support.
  • Supports and drives small, internal OC&T initiatives; suggests internal projects that drive broader improvements impacting areas outside their immediate area of expertise.
  • Regularly produces quality work; provides feedback and support to junior resources on project work.
  • Supports sales efforts, including responding to RFPs, attending scoping calls, creating estimates, and participating in Orals on a limited basis (as determined by OC&T Staffing team).
  • Serves as a Training or Culture Buddy for OC&T new hires.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1 years’ experience with Workday
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Has successfully completed 1-3 end-to-end projects, serving as the OC&T Lead
  • Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is an advantage
