WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You’ve graduated from a relevant university program (such as, but not exclusively: Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Organizational Sciences).
- Up to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Previous experience that has enabled you to understand how different organizations are structured per departments, number of management layers, supporting functions, etc.
- Understanding of what an organizational structure is and awareness of different existing models (structures based on geography, structures based on Business lines, Matrix structures, etc.) .
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Proficiency in creating detailed data analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Effective facilitation and communication skills both verbally and in writing, confident & dynamic attitude.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Social skills: remote collaboration, team player, proactive and curious.
- Proficient in English - Communicates proactively and can articulate thoughts effectively in spoken and written communication.
EXAMPLE OF DAILY ACTIVITIES AND DELIVERABLES FOR A CONSULTANT IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN TEAM:
- Facilitation and/or active participation in workshops.
- Attendance of various meetings/ calls (daily check in’s, status updates, alignment calls, etc.).
- Develop presentations, documenting approaches, what the design principles are, etc.
- Build business cases, transformation roadmaps and milestones, etc.
- Work on Excel files and dashboards, documenting the impacts of a change in terms of number of employees, cost, existing roles vs. new roles, capability gaps, etc.
- Develop or review job descriptions, competency lists, etc. for various roles, or build a job architecture framework for a certain organization.
- Building org. structure models using specific Org. Design tools.
