Summary:
Working under moderate supervision and reporting to the Director of Change Management – Penn Medicine Academy, the Change Management Analyst is responsible for the planning and implementation of organizational development projects and initiatives and executing on the strategic direction of the health system. The Analyst will work with change management team members on client projects; managing multiple projects will be critical to this role. The Analyst will work on all aspects of projects including design, project management and implementation. The Analyst will be expected to develop relationships with the client to help identify and understand the problem. Working with the project lead, the Analyst will take initiative to scope the work and coordinate and support implementation. As the Analyst’s comfort with tools and process and expertise in change management increases, they can expect to have greater project ownership and responsibilities.
