In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the organizational development initiatives that align with our mission to eradicate poverty in the Philippines by providing sustainable livelihoods for our bikers. You will work closely with various teams to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the development and implementation of organizational development strategies and programs to enhance employee engagement, performance, and capability. Conducting assessments and analysis to identify organizational needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. Supporting the design and facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Collaborating with HR and leadership to drive initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion. Collecting and analyzing feedback and data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend enhancements. Assisting in the development of communication materials related to organizational development initiatives. Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in organizational development to ensure Angkas is leading the way. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related area. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze and present data effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools. Passion for employee development and organizational growth. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
