SUMMARY:

Supports and implements key onboarding, LMS, and employee event tactics to ensure a seamless employee experience. Provides key administrative support across ODLS team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to team leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling general office tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of Organizational Development (OD) classes and events, such as scheduling rooms, arranging catering, managing materials, and ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment for participants.
  • Offer proactive support to team projects and initiatives through tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, tracking action items, and assisting with the development and distribution of relevant communications and materials.
  • Manage and facilitate team-related processes, which may include onboarding new team members, maintaining team documentation and resources, and supporting internal communication efforts to foster a collaborative and well-organized team environment.
