Description Position Summary This position is responsible for leading organizational development initiatives across Watson Clinic. The role will have an enhanced focus on leadership development, culture, performance management, compensation and learning integration. Essential Responsibilities Lead organizational development strategies that support Watson Clinic’s mission, values, and culture. Design, implement, and continuously improve leadership and culture development initiatives. Lead the revision, redesign, and administration of the performance management process. Partner with leaders to ensure performance management practices align with organizational goals. Serve as liaison between HR and the Learning/Education team for LMS content creation, curation, and instructional design. Support the Learning team with program development, facilitation, and content delivery as needed. Oversee job description maintenance and ensure alignment with performance and development frameworks. Maintain and support HRIS systems related to performance management, job descriptions, and organizational data. Provide analytical insights and reporting related to performance, engagement, and development initiatives. Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects. Supervisory Responsibility None at this time. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree Preferred Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, performance management, or HR-related roles. Experience supporting leadership development and learning systems preferred. Required Competencies Strong knowledge of organizational development and performance management best practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action. High level of discretion and professionalism. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
This role leads organizational development strategies aligned with the clinic's mission, focusing heavily on designing and improving leadership development, culture initiatives, and the performance management process. The partner also serves as a liaison between HR and Learning teams for content creation and supports HRIS maintenance related to performance and job data.
