Organizational Development & Performance Excellence Specialist Role Summary The role is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and people performance by designing and enhancing performance appraisal systems, job KPIs, career pathways, and employee engagement initiatives. The position contributes to stronger retention, accountability, and performance culture, while supporting recruitment effectiveness through clear role design and structured onboarding. ⸻ Immediate Responsibilities 1. Design, implement, and continuously improve performance appraisal frameworks, ensuring clarity, fairness, and consistency. 2. Develop and maintain job-level KPIs aligned with organizational and departmental objectives. 3. Analyze appraisal and performance data to identify high performers, development needs, and performance gaps. 4. Design and maintain career pathways, role clarity, and competency frameworks to support employee growth and internal mobility. 5. Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, pulse checks, and structured action plans. 6. Monitor engagement, performance, and turnover indicators to support retention strategies. 7. Support recruitment effectiveness by defining role success profiles, competency-based interview criteria, and onboarding experience standards. 8. Support performance culture initiatives by promoting accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement. 9. Prepare performance, engagement, and retention reports and dashboards. ⸻ Job Requirements 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 2. 3–6 years of experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, or HR Excellence roles. 3. Proven experience in appraisal systems, KPI design, career pathways, and competency frameworks. 4. Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. 5. Strong communication and facilitation skills across different organizational levels.
