In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: General services administration (cleaning, cafeteria, transportation) Development of Career Plan for employees Establish and develop organizational development programs for all departments Culture planning and management within the organization Monitoring of Culture surveys Improvement projects based on Culture survey results Management of internal promotions Implementation of employee retention strategies Collaboration with the updating of job profiles based on the evolution of the organizational structure Contribution to employee retention and retention plans through organizational culture Creation of improvement projects based on employee competency development Employee performance evaluation Monitoring of HR KPIs Improvement of processes for staff development Employee motivation strategies For This Role, You Will Need: English: Intermediate/Advanced Bachelor’s degree in business administration/organizational psychology or similar Computer Software: Intermediate Office Other: Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Customer Focus Required: Organizational Development, Statistics, Staff Turnover and Absenteeism Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Continuous Improvement
