RESPONSIBILITIES * Delivers and uploads effective training utilizing Compliance Quest interface. * Conducts need assessments to determine measures required to improve the effectiveness of employee performance. * Have thorough knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and standalone policies. * Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of facility in relation to established goals. * Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. * Support Organizational Development’s morale initiatives by facilitating employee social functions. * Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS * Associate or/and bachelor’s degree in training and development, or equivalent experience. * Willingness to take initiative and able to work independently. * Demonstrates resourcefulness, ownership and excellent problem-solving skills. * Working knowledge MS Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Exhibit exceptional interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and customer * Professional dress is required. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE * Skillfully navigate through Quality and Employee Management Systems with training – CQ. * Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. * Basic to Intermediate to Advanced Public Speaking and presentation skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience utilizing web-based telecommunication software. ADDITIONAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS * Must be able to successfully meet all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check, etc.). * Must have a valid driver’s license. PHYSICAL/MENTAL/VISUAL DEMANDS * Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks. * Occasional lifting of 25 - 50 lbs. is required. WORKING CONDITIONS * Activities occur both inside and outside. * Hazardous conditions may exist, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts. EQUIPMENT OPERATED * Equipment: Desktop computer, fax machine, copier, desk phone, and cell phone. * Systems: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Compliance Quest.
