Learning Agility and Curiosity: Critical thinker, curious, quick learner of new concepts, tools, and business contexts. Academic Background: Economics, Finance, HR related, Business Analytics, Mathematics, other. 3-5 years in HR Analytics, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Business Partnering, PMO, or similar analytical roles. Experience working with data, dashboards, modelling, or HR reporting. Exposure to job architecture or job evaluation processes is an advantage. Experience in multinational or fast-paced corporate environments preferred. Job evaluation and grading support (Towers Watson exposure preferred). HR reporting and project coordination.
