The Organizational Readiness Leader (Program Manager) plays a critical role in preparing global service and support teams for the successful deployment and support of new products or iterative program releases. This role ensures that the necessary processes, tools, documentation, and training are in place, following the Organizational Readiness framework to enable effective, efficient, and high-quality execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree with at least 10 years in Program /Project Management in IT Healthcare.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure global service and support teams are equipped with the processes, tools, and training required to meet professional services project commitments and deliver program service outcomes.
  • Conduct impact assessments to guide execution across process training, product training, service documentation updates, mock installations, early adopter programs, and product issue tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, training teams, instructional designers, and service/support teams to coordinate and deliver program readiness activities.
  • Capture and communicate lessons learned to product and engineering teams to enhance product quality and serviceability.
  • Lead release handoffs to regional teams, sharing updated service tools, training materials, and collateral.
  • Apply lean principles to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement within the Organizational Readiness framework.
  • Leverage deep technical and analytical expertise to execute program strategies and deliverables.
  • Understand best practices and how they integrate across functions; maintain awareness of market competition and differentiators.
  • Exercise sound judgment to propose solutions for complex, interdependent processes.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues; may lead small-scale projects with low risk and resource requirements.
  • Communicate performance expectations and facilitate consensus-building within the team; handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
