It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change specialist who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to create effectiveness and efficiency across public sector organizations. As an organizational transformation and change specialist, you’ll use your expertise to help your team assess how improvements will impact business processes and design, to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices. You’ll analyze discussions with leadership, client SMEs, and team members that will help refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll work on the design of data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis to help establish understanding and agreement from key decision-makers. On our team, you’ll use process improvement frameworks, data analysis, and data visualization to provide your client with recommendations along with a solid grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect.
