Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with facilities and catering companies
  • Set up events
  • Work on social media for events before and during
  • Involved in new digital marketing initiatives
  • Support the promotion and publicity of events
  • Assist with photography, managing photos
  • Research event suppliers (catering, decor, artists)
  • Assist with the registration process for various client events and participant correspondence
  • Provide on-site support at various events (breakfast, lunch, dinner, networking events, cocktail parties, and golf days)
  • Set up marketing and communication plans
  • Be involved in Social Marketing 2.0 campaigns
