Description
The Organized Retail & Online Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and business development across organized retail and online sales channels for premium technology products in Iraq. The role focuses on managing relationships with key retail chains, e-commerce partners, and online platforms while ensuring strong product visibility, availability, and customer engagement. The incumbent will work closely with retail partners, online marketplaces, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and channel development initiatives to maximize revenue and market share for the Technology Business. Key Qualifications: • Strong experience in organized retail, e-commerce, online sales, or channel management within the technology or consumer electronics industry. • Good understanding of modern retail operations, online marketplace management, and sales strategies. • Experience managing key retail accounts, e-commerce partners, and online sales platforms. • Ability to drive sales growth, product visibility, and market expansion across retail and digital channels. • Strong knowledge of merchandising, promotional planning, and retail activation activities. • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills. • Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities. • Strong communication, presentation, and business planning capabilities. • Familiarity with premium technology brands and consumer buying trends is preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong commercial focus. • Understanding of Iraq retail and e-commerce market dynamics is highly preferred.
