• Identify, analyze, and negotiate solar and storage co-development opportunities.
• Manage and develop JUWI’s legal agreements (Development Service Agreement and Share Purchase Agreement), origination, and development strategy.
• Maintain constant communication with the development, legal, and engineering teams to advance origination deals.
• Build and maintain key relationships with various co-developers, land introducers, and consultants.
• Expand the pipeline of projects under development by selecting high-quality opportunities from a feasibility and economic perspective.
• Engage proactively with Operations and Development regarding Elgin’s project pipeline updates.
• Continue to evolve and build existing knowledge and understanding of the renewable energy industry by monitoring media and attending industry conferences where relevant or required.
• Assess and present energy policy updates, industry insights, key challenges, and changes in the marketplace
