St Onge Recreation is a premier retailer of New and Pre-owned recreational products.
We are looking to fill a Full-time position of Service Advisor in our Service Department at our Oro Facility locate on HWY11 N Oro Medonte Ontario.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner and make every reasonable effort to make the service experience as pleasant as possible for the customer
  • Listen to the customer’s reasons for bringing their Boat / PWC to the service department
  • Sell appropriate services and repairs suitable to the customer requirements or concerns
  • Provide accurate quotes for all services and repairs recommended when additional needed repairs are found during the repair process
  • Ensure accuracy of customer information on file as well as accuracy of information regarding the concern, cause and correction on the repair order
  • Continual learning and education
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators for the position
  • Marine experience
  • Mechanical aptitude

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
