Description Crystal Creek Dental is looking for an experienced Orthodontic RDA to join our team. If you are skilled, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced ortho environment, we want to meet you. What You Will Do Assist the orthodontist chairside during exams, bonding, adjustments, and other ortho procedures Place and remove brackets, bands, and wires under doctor supervision Take and process digital X-rays, photos, and intraoral scans Take impressions and assist with Invisalign and aligner fittings Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care during treatment Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory Assist with scheduling, chart documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records Support the front office team as needed to ensure smooth patient flow Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standards What We Are Looking For Active Texas RDA license required Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience required Hands-on experience with bonding, adjustments, and debanding Familiarity with digital scanning and Invisalign preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills Dependable, professional, and a true team player Ability to work efficiently in a busy, patient-centered environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Full-time schedule Supportive, team-first work culture Growth opportunities within a multi-location dental organization
