Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures Prepare teeth for bonding and debonding appliance placement Take orthodontic records, impressions, X-rays, and intraoral photos Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and appliance care Prepare and maintain orthodontic instruments and treatment areas Support efficient chair turnover and clinical flow Provide exceptional patient communication and reassurance Maintain accurate patient charting and documentation Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and patient-care skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Radiography certification preferred or willing to obtain (if applicable) Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.
