Description Position Overview: As an Orthodontic Clinical Assistant at “APDO”, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our patients. Assisting orthodontists during patient appointments Fit bands for appliances, place arch wires, bond brackets, place fixed retainers, take impressions and digital scans (iTero) Patient education on care orthodontic instructions Who are we? DANB x-ray certification required. In certification process is acceptable. Experience working in an orthodontic setting is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with children and parents. Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping young patients have positive dental experiences. Familiarity with dental software for charting and record-keeping. Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
