We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Orthodontic Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced specialty practice and thrives as part of a collaborative, patient-centered team. Key Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist chairside during procedures including separators, wire changes, and appliance adjustments Prepare teeth for bonding braces and Invisalign attachments Take orthodontic X-rays, digital scans, and impressions Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and appliance care Anticipate doctor needs and ensure efficient patient flow Accurately chart treatment details and patient progress Maintain clinical inventory and stock operatories Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Clean and organize treatment areas between patients Requirements What We're Looking For: Prior orthodontic assisting experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Why Join Our Team? Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.
