Experience & Key Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist during procedures, including bracket placement, adjustments, and appliance delivery. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for patient care. Take accurate orthodontic records, including impressions, photos, and radiographs. Provide patient education on appliance care, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations. Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols throughout the clinical area. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Requirements Must be willing to travel between all locations Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred. Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and infection control protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
