· Assist our skilled orthodontist in a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring exceptional care and comfort for our patients.
· Take diagnostic records, including photos, panoramic x-rays, and digital scans.
· Prepare tray setups for procedures.
· Act as an infection control champion, sterilizing instruments and equipment to ensure our office is always up to the highest standards.
· Educate patients and parents on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care at every visit.
· Use practice management software (Dolphin) to accurately record treatment notes and instructions.
· Assist and support your teammates.
· Make a lasting impact by helping patients feel at ease before, during, and after treatments.
