Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay (OSGB) has been a proud health care provider in the Green Bay area for over 40 years, with modern offices located in Allouez and De Pere. We are currently seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to support our orthodontists in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with orthodontists to assist with various treatment modalities in a hands-on capacity.
  • Employing new technologies such as 3D imaging, digital radiographs, and intra-oral scanning.
  • Aiding in the implementation of TAD (mini-implant procedures), essential in modern orthodontics.
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records.
  • Acting as a communication bridge between orthodontic professionals and patients/parents to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Providing education to patients and their guardians regarding orthodontic procedures and effective oral hygiene practices.
  • Performing sterilization and infection control procedures rigorously to ensure a safe clinical environment.
  • Adhering to HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

We seek an individual with a friendly and professional demeanor, someone comfortable with advanced dental technologies, and who can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Strong communication skills are a must, alongside a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
You will work independently as well as with a team. Both require an effective and positive attitude.
Experience in the dental field is preferred; however, we are eager to train the right candidate who exhibits potential and enthusiasm for the role.
Our clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance-driven bonuses.
Salary Range: $38,000-$65,000.
This position requires full-time availability of 32-40 hours per week, with a clear schedule from Monday to Friday, plus regular alternating Fridays off.
